Frustrated by the 9-to-5 grind, we decided to pursue our passion for creating and building. In 2015, we invested everything we had in Trail Tested MFG, an off-road fabrication shop. Since then, our entrepreneurial journey has taken us through a variety of ventures, including a wedding rental business, Airbnb hosting, and house flipping. Through it all, one constant has been our desire to embrace new opportunities and continuously learn new skills.

Over the past three years, we’ve embarked on a remarkable journey, transforming 20 acres of raw land in Northern Idaho into our off-grid dream property. Our projects have spanned from building an expedition camper and constructing a budget-friendly container shop, to designing a cozy tiny house and crafting a custom off-grid electrical system. We’ve also dug our own well, built a pole barn bandominium, and tackled many other ambitious endeavors.
